Ms. Sunny Lawson

Sunny holds a Master of Business Administration degree and has an extensive background in the corporate world with such major multi-national companies as Cummins, Thermo Fisher, and the ZF Group, where she served as head of Learning and Organizational Development. She oversaw their Asia Pacific region, encompassing ten countries with 50 locations and 20,000 employees. Sunny has 15 years of experience as a corporate HR executive, and six years as an executive and leadership coach.

Sunny is known for her expertise in Strategy Execution, OKRs, Talent & Organization Advisory, Leadership Transformation Coaching, HR Strategy & Transformation. She comes with more than 15 years of experience working across different industry sectors in 3 continents globally. Sunny brings eco-system thinking ability along with a deep understanding of working across cultures. As a strategist & professional transformation coach, Sunny is known for her proven results and flexible approach to client solutions.

My infinite passion is to help leaders unlock their leadership potential and to become the leader they were meant to be. I am currently the Founder of Total Talent Solutions, which is an international coaching, advisory & consulting company specializing Strategy Execution, OKRs, Talent & Organization Advisory, Leadership Transformation, HR Strategy & Transformation. 
In addition to my business activities, I am also involved in different volunteer programs. In my free time, I enjoy reading, hiking and serving the community. My husband and I live in St Louis, US.
